Recently, Our SD28L multi-functional drilling rig well performed in the project of torch bridge and its two side crossroads in Shanghai Xi province. It enjoyed a excellent reputation from construction user and project owner.
This project is a major project of Tai Yuan municipal projects. This bridge is 1490m length, having a eight lane road in bidirectional direction. This project has a huge of foundation jobs, with 830 piles(59 piles: Dia 2m, Dep 75-78m; 44piles: Dia 1.5m, Dep 55-66m; the rest: Dia 1.2m or 1m, Dep 38-50m). This project has complicated conditions, mainly featuring fill stratum, medium density sand layer and Clay layer. Silt concentration is up to 80%, so it is strict with equipment and technology.

SD28L is the major powerful product of our company, featuring high power, faster drilling and good stability. It is especially suitable for these projects of big diameter piles and deep foundations. This time, in the project, SD28L has created a record by drilling a φ2m pile with 20 hours and aφ1.5m pile with 6-7 hours. It finished all piles and received praise from the user and owner.
